How do your shirts fit?
All designs are printed on soft, comfortable, unisex American Apparel shirts. They are slightly slim-fitting so be sure to size up if you’d like a looser fit. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for sizing information.

What is this Storenvy page I see at checkout?
Sinotology is powered by Storenvy, an online store system and marketplace for people like bands, clothing companies, record labels, artists, nonprofits and everyone else who has ever needed an online store. Shoppers can purchase items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step.

How do I pay for my order?
The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Do I need a Storenvy or PayPal account to buy stuff?
No and no. Of course if you do have an account with either Storenvy or PayPal you may choose to use it.

How do you ship the orders?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking is available for all domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. There is no tracking available for this option but you can choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail International if you’d like a way to track your order. In the case of First Class Mail International, you will receive the customs form number instead.

Please note: You may be charged import duties and taxes designated by your country. Unfortunately, there is nothing Sinotology can do about these fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is your return policy?
If there is an error with your order (wrong shirt or size shipped) or if the shirt is defective, you may return the shirt within 14 days of receiving your order. The shirt must be unworn and unwashed for it to be returnable. Send an email to nihao[at]sinotology[dot]com with your order number (on your invoice) and a description of the error or defect to start the return process.
