Who are you?

My name is Frank and I'm a graphic designer living in Los Angeles. Needing an outlet for my creativity, I've decided to venture into the t-shirt world.

Who is RedBubble?

RedBubble is the vendor of Sinotology t-shirts. They are an Australian company with facilities in the United States and uses print-on-demand technology to create the products. Their quality is regarded as one of the best in the business, which is one of the reasons why I decided to go with them.

Print-on-demand? Why not just screenprint your t-shirts?

It's more a business and financial reason really. I've never designed t-shirts before so doing them using print-on-demand gives me a chance to test the waters. It's also a way for me to do some market research before I plop down the money for screenprinting. This probably wouldn't have been an option if it weren't for the quality of RedBubble products. In the future, if I find there's enough interest for my shirts to make Sinotology a viable business, then yes, eventually all the t-shirts will be screenprinted.

How do I order?

How long will it take for my shirt to arrive?

From the moment you place your order, it will take about 10-15 business days for your shirt to arrive.

Why does it take so long?

The t-shirts are made when you order them, so there is some time needed for production. I have checked some other print-on-demand companies with shorter ship times but their quality does not come close to RedBubble. I'd rather you be happy with your t-shirt than receive a less than satisfactory product. Yes, it does take a bit longer to arrive but that's a sacrifice that I had to take for quality.

What if I'm unhappy with the shirt and want to return it. How do I do that?

RedBubble stands by their quality and has a money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your shirt, contact RedBubble and they will help you with your return. You can also get a replacement or a store credit if you choose.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, RedBubble can only accept payments from and ship to Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and South Africa.

What size shirt should I get?

All designs are printed on American Apparel shirts. If you're not familiar with American Apparel, check out the size chart on the order page of each shirt for more information.

What are the care instructions?

Wash your shirts inside out in cold water and hang dry.
